What is White-Labeling?

Agency plan users can customize audit reports with their own branding. When you share a report link or export a PDF, it shows your agency's logo and company name instead of AIVerdict branding. This lets you deliver professional, branded reports to clients as if they came directly from your agency.

White-labeling applies to shared report links, Client PDF exports, and scheduled audit emails, giving you a consistent branded experience across all delivery methods.

Setting Up Your Branding

Configure your white-label settings in just a few steps from your dashboard.

1. Go to your Dashboard

   Sign in and navigate to your My Account dashboard.
2. Open the White Label tab

   In the left panel of your dashboard, click the White Label tab to access your branding settings. This tab is only visible to Agency plan users.
3. Upload your logo and enter details

   Upload your agency logo, enter your company name and website URL, set a custom report title, and choose an accent color from the available palette. Your logo should be a PNG or SVG file for best results.
4. Save your settings

   Click Save to apply your branding. It will automatically appear on all shared reports and PDF exports going forward.

Sharing Branded Reports

There are two ways to deliver branded reports to your clients.

• link Share Link. Generate a unique URL with your branding that clients can view in their browser. The shared report page displays your agency logo and company name, with no AIVerdict branding visible. Simply copy the link and send it to your client via email or your preferred communication channel.
• picture_as_pdf PDF Export. Download a branded PDF report for offline delivery. Choose "Client PDF" for a clean, presentation-ready document that focuses on scores and key findings. Choose "Internal PDF" for the full technical breakdown with all test details, useful for your team's internal review.

Both options reflect your current branding settings. You can also use bulk PDF export to download multiple branded reports as a ZIP file, which is ideal for monthly client reporting.

Plan Requirements

White-labeling is available exclusively on the Agency plan. This ensures that agency teams have the branding tools they need for professional client delivery.

Pro users can still share reports and export PDFs, but these will show AIVerdict branding. If you are a Pro user who needs white-label capabilities, you can upgrade to Agency from your Pricing page at any time.

The Agency plan also includes other features designed for multi-client workflows: scheduled monitoring, website groups, team workspaces with multiple seats, and bulk PDF export.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I use different branding for different clients? expand_more
  Currently, your white-label branding applies globally to all shared reports and PDF exports from your account. All reports use the same logo, company name, and settings. If you need per-client branding, you can update your branding settings before generating reports for each client, and the changes take effect immediately.
• Do shared report links expire? expand_more
  Shared report links expire after 30 days by default. Re-run the audit and share again to reset the 30-day window. If your subscription lapses, existing shared links will show AIVerdict branding instead of your custom branding until your subscription is renewed. The underlying audit data remains accessible regardless of subscription status.
• Can I update my branding after reports are shared? expand_more
  Yes, updating your branding settings affects all future shared links and PDF exports. Previously shared links will also reflect the updated branding the next time they are viewed, since branding is applied dynamically when the page loads. However, PDFs that have already been downloaded will retain the branding that was active at the time of export.
