Organizing Sites with Groups

Create groups to organize audited sites by client, project, or category for easy management.

Overview

What are Site Groups?

Groups let you organize your audited sites into logical categories. Create groups for each client, project type, industry vertical, or any other classification that helps you manage multiple sites efficiently. Whether you're an agency juggling dozens of client sites or a marketing team tracking multiple properties, groups keep everything tidy and accessible.

Creating and Managing Groups

Setting up groups takes just a few seconds. Follow these steps to get started:

1
Open the Dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard and click the folder icon or the "Groups" tab in the sidebar.
2
Create a New Group
Click "New Group" to create a group. Give it a descriptive name and choose a color to visually distinguish it.
3
Add Sites to Your Group
Use the group dropdown selector when viewing an individual audit to assign it to a group.
4
Edit Anytime
You can rename, recolor, or delete groups at any time. Deleting a group does not delete the sites inside it.
Workflow

Filtering by Group

Once your sites are grouped, use the group filter on your dashboard to quickly view all sites for a specific client or project. Click the group name in the sidebar or use the dropdown filter at the top of your site list. This is especially useful for agencies managing 20+ sites, allowing you to instantly focus on one client's portfolio without scrolling through everything.
