Batch Audits

Audit multiple websites at once instead of running them one by one.

Overview

What are Batch Audits?

Batch audits let you submit a list of URLs and run them all in a single operation. Instead of manually entering and waiting for each site, you can queue up 10, 20, or more sites and let them process while you work on other things. This is ideal for agencies onboarding new clients, teams auditing a portfolio of properties, or anyone who needs AURA scores for multiple sites quickly.

How-To

Running a Batch Audit

Here is how to run a batch audit from start to finish:

1
Open Batch Audit
Go to your Dashboard and click the "Batch Audit" button to open the batch input panel.
2
Paste Your URLs
Paste your list of URLs into the text area, one per line. Make sure each URL includes the protocol (https://).
3
Start the Batch
Click "Start Batch" to begin processing. You'll see a progress indicator showing how many audits have completed.
4
Monitor Progress
Results appear in your audit history as each individual audit finishes. You don't need to wait for the entire batch to complete.
Best Practices

Batch Audit Best Practices

speed Keep batches under 20 URLs for fastest processing. Smaller batches complete more quickly and let you start reviewing results sooner.
spellcheck Double-check URLs before submitting. Typos and invalid URLs waste audit credits. Verify each URL is correct and accessible before starting the batch.
person_add Use batch audits for initial client onboarding. When a new client comes on board, batch-audit all their properties at once to get a baseline AURA score across their portfolio.
folder Combine with site groups to auto-organize results. Set up a group for the client first, then run the batch. Assign completed audits to the group for clean organization.
Next Steps

After Your Batch Completes

Once all audits finish, review the results in your dashboard. Sort by overall AURA score to quickly identify which sites need the most attention. Use the comparison view to benchmark sites against each other and spot patterns across a client's portfolio. Sites with the lowest scores should be prioritized for optimization, while high-scoring sites can serve as models for what's working well.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many URLs can I include in a batch?

You can include up to 20 URLs in a single batch. This limit applies to all plans. Batch audits are available exclusively on the Agency plan.

Can I cancel a running batch?

Once a batch starts, it runs to completion. Audits that have already completed will keep their results. If you navigate away from the batch modal, any remaining audits will stop, but completed results are saved to your history.

Do batch audits run all at once or sequentially?

Batch audits run sequentially — each URL is audited one at a time. This ensures stable, high-quality results for every site. A progress indicator shows which URL is currently being processed and how many remain.
