AIVerdict ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at aiverdict.io and provides an AI search optimization auditing platform. 2. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image. We do not store or have access to your password — authentication is handled entirely by a third-party identity provider.

Audit Data. When you run an audit, we store the target URL, audit scores, detailed results, and timestamps. This data is associated with your user account and used to provide audit history, trend analytics, and scheduled monitoring.

Payment Information. Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers. Our payment provider shares only your plan status and basic billing metadata (e.g. last four digits of your card).

Usage Data. We automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns. This data is used to improve platform performance and user experience.

Contact Form Submissions. When you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the AIVerdict platform
  • Run website audits across five dimensions: Crawlability, Content Quality, Authority, Answerability, and Extractability
  • Generate PDF audit reports and store audit history
  • Process scheduled audits and deliver email reports
  • Manage your subscription and enforce usage limits
  • Respond to support requests and contact form submissions
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. scheduled audit reports)
  • Monitor platform usage and detect abuse
  • Improve and develop new features

4. Website Auditing and Third-Party Data

When you submit a URL for audit, AIVerdict crawls the publicly accessible pages of that website. We may also query publicly available third-party data sources to assess the site's authority and credibility.

These queries are made against publicly available data only. We do not share your identity or account details with these services. Results may be temporarily cached to reduce redundant requests and improve performance.

5. AI Processing

AIVerdict uses AI models to perform semantic analysis of crawled web content. The text content of audited pages may be sent to third-party AI providers for analysis, including content quality assessment and scoring.

We do not send any personally identifiable user information to AI providers. Only the publicly available website content is transmitted for analysis. Our AI providers' data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with appropriate access controls. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure token-based authentication sessions
  • Secrets management practices that prevent client-side exposure of sensitive credentials
  • Authenticated server-to-server communication for internal processes

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your audit data for as long as your account is active. Some intermediate results may be temporarily cached to improve performance and reduce redundant processing.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and audit history within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
